If a player cancels their lesson or drops from their spot in a small group lesson within 24 hours of the session, the full amount of the lesson will still be charged to the family. Payment will need to be made before the player can return to any PoweR.HOUSE programming. If no payment is made, that player will be removed from all future programming. 

If a player needs to drop from a clinic program, a weeks notice will need to be given in order to receive a full program refund. If less than 7 days notice is given, a half of the program refund will be given. 

Payment for lessons, clinics and camps must be paid before the start of the session. 

Camp Refunds: 

• 100% if cancelled 2 weeks before camp
• 50% if cancelled 1 week before camp
• No refunds will be made the week of camp
• No refunds will be made for illness/absences

Clinic & Lesson Refunds: 

• 100% if cancelled 48 hours before session
• 50% if cancelled 24 hours before session
• No refunds will be made for illness/absences
