If a player cancels their lesson or drops from their spot in a small group lesson within 24 hours of the session, the full amount of the lesson will still be charged to the family. Payment will need to be made before the player can return to any PoweR.HOUSE programming. If no payment is made, that player will be removed from all future programming. 

If a player needs to drop from a clinic program, a weeks notice will need to be given in order to receive a full program refund. If less than 7 days notice is given, a half of the program refund will be given. 

Payment for lessons, clinics and camps must be paid at the start of the session. 

No refunds will be given after a service has been completed, or within 48 hours of the service taking place. Families who request a refund or cancellation within 48 hours will be given a full refund. Families who request a refund or cancellation within 24 hours of the service will be given  a 50% refund. No refund will be given if the request is under the 24 hour time frame.
